How accurate is my Heart Rate reading?

Heart-rate tracking is affected by personal physiology, location of wear and type of movement.  Exercises that cause you to move your wrist frequently interfere with the heart rate signal. For example, heart rate is best measured during resting and it’s accuracy is mostly affected during exercises like High Intensity Training, Kick Boxing, etc.
