The all new GOQii Version 2 and Heart Rate Tracker comes with an integrated (inbuilt) charger, which has made it completely hassle free to carry an additional external charger.
In order to charge;
1. Remove your GOQii device (core) from the strap by pushing it from rear side
2. Now plug your device directly into any USB port, Laptop or any charging adaptor
3. Once you plug it in, the GOQii logo appears followed by the battery icon. If you are not able to view battery icon on the tracker in that case try charging it in different direction or on 2-3 different USB ports.
4. Charge until the battery icon is full.

I have problem with updating my GOQii tracker. After seeing the post, I tried to call you on customer support. It tells the support is only for Mon-Fri over the phone. WHY IS IT REQUIRED TO LIE here in your post that support is available Mon-Sat?. False hope is something you SHOULD NOT give to people.

My GOQii Band activated just 4 days back, is getting fully charged, displays GOQii logo and clock for 4 seconds and goes to sleep mode and do not activated on tapping. While connecting with app, it detects the band, receive the link, but tapping is not sensed by the band, despite several attempt, following all suggestions, uninstalling reinstalling the app etc. The clock is working since the time shown for 4 seconds at each stoppage of charging is matching with current time, battery icon shows fully charged and remain charged also. Only normal display of band/watch is not available. PL help
