What is the warranty of the product?

GOQii Tracker (Device/Core) is completely covered under warranty for all Manufacturing Defects for One year from the Date of Purchase. To claim the same you need to reach our Customer Service Team via GOQii App-> Home->Support option & share your Purchase Invoice with them.

If your tracker is covered under Warranty then Pickup will be done first for the faulty Tracker (Device/Core) & we will ship a Replacement Tracker (Device/Core) on the Provided Indian Shipping address.

Note- Tracker/Watch Straps are not covered under Warranty as it's a wear & tear commodity. However you can buy the same from GOQii App- Store
