How do I track my sleep? How do I switch from 'active mode' to 'sleep mode'?

For GOQii Ver.2

If you are using the GOQii Ver. 2, you do not need to switch between the modes manually. This device comes with an auto sleep detector.

For Previous Versions 

To track your sleep, you would need to put the band into 'sleep mode' from the 'active mode'.

Steps through the GOQii Tracker:

  • Just hold your finger on the screen for a few seconds.
  • Then wait while the GOQii Band transitions to sleep mode 
  • Tap once to sleep
  • Tap again to confirm 

To confirm whether your tracker is on sleep mode, please check the screens. It will show you two screens - the time screen, and the sleep time screen

The most responsive part of the GOQii Tracker is the '+' symbol. 

Similarly when you want to change from sleep mode to active mode:

  • Hold your finger on the screen for a few seconds
  • Then wait while the GOQii Tracker transitions to active mode
  • Tap once to change back to active mode
  • Tap again to confirm

To confirm whether your tracker is on active mode, please check the screens. It will show you - the time screen, your step count, calories burned, active time data, karma points

For the android App, you can put the tracker on sleep mode through the App. It is important for the tracker to be connected to the App via bluetooth. Then just click on the Band / Tracker icon on the home screen and use the 'Toggle Sleep' option. When switching it back to the active mode make sure you do so from the app itself.
