To track your sleep, you would need to put the band into 'sleep mode' from the 'active mode'.
Steps through the GOQii Tracker:
- Just hold your finger on the screen for a few seconds.
- Then wait while the GOQii Band transitions to sleep mode
- Tap once to sleep
- Tap again to confirm
To confirm whether your tracker is on sleep mode, please check the screens. It will show you two screens - the time screen, and the sleep time screen
The most responsive part of the GOQii Tracker is the '+' symbol.
Similarly when you want to change from sleep mode to active mode:
- Hold your finger on the screen for a few seconds
- Then wait while the GOQii Tracker transitions to active mode
- Tap once to change back to active mode
- Tap again to confirm
To confirm whether your tracker is on active mode, please check the screens. It will show you - the time screen, your step count, calories burned, active time data, karma points
