I am able to see the data on the app but the coach is not getting my data through the app

GOQii app syncs with the Band and server after every restart. Please ensure that you have a working internet connection.


If data is getting synced with the app but not received by your coach then follow these steps:

  1. Open app and check the status of the app at the top status bar.
  2. When getting data from the server you see the status as 'Syncing with Server'. When syncing with band you see the status as 'Syncing with Band' and when data is getting submitted to coach or backend you see the status as 'Sending data to coach'.
  3. In order for the data to be displayed at coach's dashboard, make sure you see all the above status and at the end you get a 'Sync Complete' Status.
  4. Check for the last sync status in the 'Band Setting' Option (You can access this by clicking the band icon on the home screen.)
