Your coach can see all the data you track in your GOQii app. Once you sync your GOQii Tracker to the GOQii App, your activity data and your sleep data will be reflected in the App and visible to your GOQii Coach. You can also manually track your specific activities, water consumption and log your food. All this data tracked automatically and manually will be visible to your GOQii Coach. Additionally you can choose to share any additional information via chat messages with your coach. We recommend only syncing the data that is directly related to your goals at any one time (So if you are aiming to improve your nutrition, you could log in the food logs of that particular habit) And then gradually building out and including more data as it applies to the habits you are trying to build.
