My GOQii Tracker is not syncing with my App. How do I sync the data?

  1. Close the app. Try switching off and switching On the bluetooth.
  2. Try Restarting the phone once.
  3. Try unlinking and then linking the band.

Steps to Unlink and Link.

a. Click on the band symbol which is on the top right corner of the screen below your coach's icon. You will see 'Tracker Settings' Screen.

b. Click on 'Unlink Your GOQii' and then Click on 'Link Tracker / Band'. Make sure you have enabled internet and bluetooth on your phone.
