My GOQii Tracker is not syncing with the GOQii App. How do I sync my band with the app?

If you are and Android user:

1. Make sure Phone's Bluetooth, GPS location and Internet is switched ON -> Unpair GOQii tracker from your Phone's Bluetooth 

2. Restart your phone 

3. Now Open GOQii app and try to sync your tracker.

If you are an iOS user:

1. Make sure Phone's Bluetooth and Internet is ON -> kill the app (Close GOQii app from background) -> Disable Bluetooth from Phone's Bluetooth settings (not from control center).

2. Now Launch the GOQii app -> Enable Phone's Bluetooth and then try to sync your tracker.
