I am able to see the data on the app but the coach is not able to see my data

  1. Ensure a good internet connection.
  2. Wait for the complete syncing process to complete till you see a green tick on the Band Icon (At the top right corner of the home screen)
  3. Check for the last sync date in the Application (For last sync date click on the GOQii band icon on the windows app dashboard )

Incase the Last sync date is not updating then:

  1. Reset Bluetooth on the band to ensure quick syncing. Put your GOQii device for charging for few seconds till you see charging animation. Remove the device from charging
  2. Open the application
  3. GOQii Device will start syncing.
  4. Check the last sync date in the application (For last sync date click on the GOQii band icon on the windows app dashboard )
