- Ensure a good internet connection.
- Wait for the complete syncing process to complete till you see a green tick on the Band Icon (At the top right corner of the home screen)
- Check for the last sync date in the Application (For last sync date click on the GOQii band icon on the windows app dashboard )
Incase the Last sync date is not updating then:
- Reset Bluetooth on the band to ensure quick syncing. Put your GOQii device for charging for few seconds till you see charging animation. Remove the device from charging
- Open the application
- GOQii Device will start syncing.
- Check the last sync date in the application (For last sync date click on the GOQii band icon on the windows app dashboard )
