To enable tracker notification make sure that your phone "Mobile Data" or "Wi-Fi" with Mobile phone "Bluetooth" is ON & LOCATION is ON.
- Open GOQii App
- Tap on the Tracker icon (which is on the Top right hand corner). It will take you on Tracker Settings page,
- Select SYNC option and wait till you get a Green tick mark on the tracker icon. Now Click on “Tracker Notification” and Enable the same.
- It will ask you to Allow Permission for GOQii App to read the notifications, kindly allow the same.
Now please select the options that you want to be notified for- Call / SMS/ Apps (this customize option is available only on Android phones). You might receive a pairing request, kindly pair the same and you will start receiving notifications.
Note:- First two Notifications may be missed, but you will start receiving the 3rd notification onwards. Make sure your tracker/band & phone is within 8 meters range.
Also, disable the Bluetooth when you don’t want notifications, this will help to reboot the Phone Bluetooth.
