Return Guidelines & Policies:
GOQii's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on the GOQii App within the specified return/exchange period. Policies may vary based on category and be updated from time to time, please follow the guidelines below.
GOQii Services & Devices:
If the GOQii-branded device and/or accessory delivered to you has obvious damage upon receipt or is not the GOQii-branded device and/or accessory you ordered, you may request an immediate exchange/replacement if you meet the conditions set forth below. This return right does not apply to the purchase or renewal of any Paid Services, as defined in and governed by our Terms for Paid Services. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or GST) do not qualify. You are responsible for all costs of returning the device and/or accessory to us. To qualify for a replacement, you must meet all the following conditions:
- Request a replacement authorization within 48 hours of your delivery date;
- Please keep the items in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement,
- If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may, in our discretion, refuse to accept it or charge you a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original price.
7 Days Replacement on Consumer Electronics:
Consumer electronics sold on GOQii App are eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a replacement.
Food Items, Edibles / Non-edibles, Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Over-The-Counter / Non-Prescription Medicines, Items of Hygiene, Sanitizers, Soaps, Washes, Masks, Cosmetics, Perfumes, Deodorants, Shaving Articles (Lotions, Razors Foams, etc.), Jewellery, Undergarments, Vests, Lingerie, Sleepwear, Briefs, Trunks, Mittens, Wristbands / Head-bands, etc. cannot be exchanged or returned.
You can avail easy returns and exchanges for up to 15 days on Clothing, Wallets, Belts, Bags, Shoes and Footwear purchased on the GOQii App. Items for exchange/returns will be accepted only subject to the item being received back in its original condition with the brand outer box, packing, original accessories, tags, warranty cards (if applicable). You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition, should you wish to return/exchange it. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a replacement. Upon receipt of your Return, you may avail a credit or exchange of the same or lower amount. If your return/exchange product received fails our quality assessment, we may ship it back to you.
- All exchanges & returns are subject to stock availability and your address being serviceable.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (E.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
- GOQii will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, GOQii will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to you.
- Your returns must be packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service to ship your item back to us.
- Should your returned/exchange item fail to meet our quality check on receipt, it will not be accepted. GOQii will not be liable to exchange/refund you for this product/order.
- Returns are subject to orders being placed on the GOQii App only. You must present your original invoice to claim return/exchange of your product.
