I am not receiving Tracker Notification

To enable tracker notification make sure that your phone ""Mobile Data"" or ""Wi-Fi"" with Mobile phone ""Bluetooth"" is ON & LOCATION is ON.

  • Now Open GOQii App
  • Tap on the Tracker icon (which is on the Top right hand corner). It will take you on Tracker Settings page,
  • Select SYNC option and wait till you get a Green tick mark on the tracker icon. Now Click on “Tracker Notification” and Enable the same.
  • It will ask you to Allow Permission for GOQii App to read the notifications, kindly allow the same.
    Now please select the options that you want to be notified for- Call / SMS/ Apps (this customize option is available only on Android phones). You might receive a pairing request, kindly Pair the same and you will start receiving notifications.
    First two Notifications may be missed, but you will start receiving the 3rd notification onwards.
    Make sure your tracker/band & phone is within 8 meters range
    Also, disable the Bluetooth when you don’t want notifications, this will help to reboot the Phone Bluetooth.
    If in case notifications stopped working, then please check if you have enabled DND mode ( - ) Icon highlighted in Red. You can see it when you swipe the tracker/band display downwards in Smart vital.
    Also, kindly restart GOQii app- Sync the band with the app and make sure your Bluetooth is ON, you will start receiving notifications again.
