• Is GOQii subscription transferable? I wish to change the ownership/ transfer my GOQii subscription to my family/ friend?
• How do I set up my GOQii Subscription?
• Can I pause my subscription for a certain period when I go on a Holiday etc?
• From when will the subscription period start?

• I don’t want to renew & just want the tracker?
• I don’t want to renew since I recently renewed? I only want the tracker now!
• I only want to renew coaching without the new tracker? You mentioned the existing tracker will work with all the new feature hence what if I only want the renewal of the coaching service?
